Commodity Trading (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Commodity Trading (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Commodity Trading (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.

2.—(1) Sections 26 (b) and 28 (c) of the Commodity Trading (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 27th August 2007.

(2) Sections 2 to 25, 26 (a), 27, 28 (a) and (b) and 29 of the Commodity Trading (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 27th February 2008.
