(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the Securities and Futures Act 2001, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Section 203 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017 comes into operation on 30 June 2022 at 12.01 a.m.
