| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Casino Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009. |
| 2. Sections 2(a) and (b) and 13 to 16 of the Casino Control (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 15th October 2009. |
