People’s Association (Amendment) Act 2002

People’s Association (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the People’s Association (Amendment) Act 2002, the Minister for Community Development and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the People’s Association (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.
2.  The People’s Association (Amendment) Act 2002 shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.
