Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.

2. The Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 20th October 2008.
