(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Criminal Law Reform Act 2019, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Criminal Law Reform Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  Section 139 of the Criminal Law Reform Act 2019 comes into operation on 28 July 2023.
