Fire Safety (Amendment) Act 2013
(Commencement) Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Fire Safety (Amendment) Act 2013, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Fire Safety (Amendment) Act 2013 (Commencement) Notification 2013.
2.—(1)  The Fire Safety (Amendment) Act 2013 shall, with the exception of sections 40 and 41(b), come into operation on 1st September 2013.
(2)  Sections 40 and 41(b) shall come into operation on 1st March 2014.
