Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st November 2007.
