Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015
(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015, the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards financial advisers, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  Section 7(b) of the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015 comes into operation on 8 October 2018.
