Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.

2.—(1) The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007 shall, with the exception of sections 6, 8 and 11, come into operation on 1st March 2007.

(2) Section 6 shall come into operation on 1st April 2007.

(3) Sections 8 and 11 shall come into operation on 2nd May 2007.
