Trade Marks Act (Commencement)
Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Trade Marks Act 1998, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Trade Marks Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.

2. The Trade Marks Act 1998, with the exception of section 54, shall come into operation on 15th January 1999.
