Education Endowment Scheme (Amendment No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Education Endowment Scheme (Amendment No. 2) Act 2007, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Education Endowment Scheme (Amendment No. 2) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Education Endowment Scheme (Amendment No. 2) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st January 2008.
