In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016 (Commencement) Notification 2016.

2. The Central Provident Fund (Amendment No. 2) Act 2016, except sections 2(c) and 19(a), comes into operation on 1 January 2017.
