Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015
(Commencement) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.—(1)  The Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015, except sections 3(b) and (f), 4, 5, 6(b), 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24 and 25(b), comes into operation on 22 January 2016.
(2)  Sections 3(b), 4, 5, 6(b), 7, 8, 9, 10, 22 and 23 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015 come into operation on 8 January 2016.
(3)  Sections 17 and 18 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015 come into operation on 29 February 2016.
(4)  Sections 3(f), 11, 24 and 25(b) of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015 come into operation on 1 April 2016.
