Agency for Science, Technology and Research (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (Amendment) Act 2007 shall, with the exception of section 6(1)(b), come into operation on 1st January 2008.
