Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015
(Commencement) Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015, the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Prime Minister’s Office, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards financial advisers, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2015.
2.  The Financial Advisers (Amendment) Act 2015, except sections 4, 5, 7 and 8, comes into operation on 1 January 2016.
