Presidential Elections (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Presidential Elections (Amendment) Act 1999, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Presidential Elections (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1999.

2. The Presidential Elections (Amendment) Act 1999 shall come into operation on 1st March 1999.

Made this 1st day of March 1999.
