Interest Rate on Money Lodged in Court

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by Order 90, Rule 6(1) of the Rules of Court (R 5), the Minister for Finance has fixed the rate of interest to be paid on money lodged in Court at 0.2% per annum, with effect from 1st March 2002.

2. Gazette Notification No. S 260 of 28th October 1960 is cancelled.
