Interest Rate on Money Lodged in Court

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by Order 90, Rule 6(1) of the Rules of Court (R 5), the Minister for Finance has fixed the rate of interest to be paid on money lodged in Court at 0.1% per annum, with effect from 1st April 2010.

2. Notification N 4 relating to the Interest Rate on Money Lodged in Court is cancelled.
