Notification under Section 32 (1)

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, the Chief Justice has appointed the Supreme Court of Singapore at No. 1 Supreme Court Lane, Singapore 178879 as a place where the Court of Appeal shall sit, with effect from 20th June 2005.

2. It is further notified that the Court of Appeal shall cease to sit at the Supreme Court building at No. 1 St. Andrew’s Road, Singapore 178957, with effect from 20th June 2005.
