| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Sale of Commercial Properties (Exemption) Notification. |

| 2. Rules 5, 6 and 7 of the Sale of Commercial Properties Rules shall not apply to the stalls in markets and food centres sold by the Housing and Development Board. [R 1.] |
