Secondhand Dealers (Fees and Forms) Rules

Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Secondhand Dealers (Fees and Forms) Rules.

Certificate of exemption

2. The fee for a certificate of exemption granted under section 5 of the Act shall be $50.

Licence

3.—(1) The fee for a licence issued under section 9 of the Act shall be $150 and the fee for the transfer of a licence shall be $40.

(2) The fee payable for a change of the address of a business, or the name under which a business is carried on, shall be $20.

(3) The fee payable for each copy or replacement of a licence shall be $10.

Form of certificate of exemption

4. Certificates of exemption granted under section 5 of the Act shall be in the Form A set out in the Schedule.

Form of licence

5. Licences issued under section 9 of the Act shall be in the Form B set out in the Schedule.

Statutory records

6. The books required to be kept by a licensed dealer under section 10 (1) (a) and (b) of the Act shall be in the Forms C and D respectively set out in the Schedule.
