| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Sentosa Development Corporation (Resort Area) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1997. |
| Resort area |
2. The Sentosa Development Corporation hereby designates Sentosa Cove delineated in the Plan set out hereunder to be the resort area for the purposes of Part IVA of the Act.
