The Minister for the Environment has appointed the following persons as officers under the Act for the purpose of enforcing regulation 260 of the Food Regulations:

(1)	Manager (Documentation), Trade Development Board.
(2)	Head, Imports and Exports Office, Trade Development Board.
(3)	Trade Officer, Imports and Exports Office, Trade Development Board.
