| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the State Lands (Fees) Rules 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st June 2001. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees, excluding goods and services tax, as specified in the Schedule shall be payable to the Singapore Land Authority. |
