| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the State Lands (Fees) Rules 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st June 2001. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees specified in the Schedule are inclusive of the goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A) on the supply of goods or services in respect of which such fees are payable. [S 608/2002 wef 01/12/2002] |
