| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1997. |
| Fees |
| 2. There shall be paid to the Singapore Sports Council the appropriate fees and charges set out in the Schedule for the use of the facilities, medical and fitness services described therein. |
| Revocation |
| 3. The Singapore Sports Council (Rates and Charges) Regulations (Rg 4) are revoked. |
