| Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 3) Notification 2006 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 3) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 27th May 2006. |
| Powers of Authority |
| 2. The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as Mukim 6 Lot 2511A pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of land. |
| Inspection of plan |
| 3. A copy of the plan of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays (public holidays excepted). |
