Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 4) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Street Works Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 4) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 31st May 2004.

Powers of Authority

2. The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as Mukim 4 Lot 3809T pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over those lands.

Inspection of plan

3. A copy of the plan of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted).
