Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 3) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Street Works Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 3) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 29th January 2002.

Powers of Authority

2. The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as TS 8 Lot 236 pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights in, under or over the specified land as are described in the Schedule.

Inspection of plan

3. Copies of plans of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays and between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on Saturdays (Sundays and public holidays excepted).
