Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005 (Cancellation) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(4) of the Telecommunications Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005 (Cancellation) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 21st January 2011.
Cancellation
2.—(1)  The Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005 (G.N. No. S 87/2005) is cancelled.
(2)  The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services — Specification of Commencement Date (G.N. No. S 637/2004);
(b)the Telecommunications (Classification of Dominant Licensees) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. 406/2005);
(c)the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services (RIO Requirements) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. 414/2005);
(d)the Amendments to Interconnection Related Services Under Subsection 6.3.2(b) (G.N. No. 3103/2005);
(e)the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005 — Specification of Commencement Date (G.N. No. S 718/2005);
(f)the Code of Practice for Competition in the Provision of Telecommunication Services 2005 — Specification of Commencement Date for Further 3-year Period (G.N. No. S 564/2008);
(g)the Telecommunications (Classification of Dominant Licensee) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. 825/2009).
