Telecommunications (Cancellation) Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(5) of the Telecommunications Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Cancellation) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 21st January 2011.
Cancellation
2.  The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)the Telecommunications (Exemption from Telecom Competition Code — 1-800/1-900 Number Portability) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. 407/2005);
(b)the Telecommunications (Exemption from Telecom Competition Code — Service Quality Information Disclosure Requirements) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. 409/2005);
(c)the Telecommunications (Exemption from Telecom Competition Code — Co-Location at Bukit Timah Exchange) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. 410/2005);
(d)the Telecommunications (Exemption from Telecom Competition Code — Co-Location at Yio Chu Kang Exchange) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. 411/2005);
(e)the Telecommunications (Exemption from Telecom Competition Code — Virtual Co-Location at Locations other than POI) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. 412/2005);
(f)the Telecommunications (Exemption from Telecom Competition Code — Interconnection at Local Switches) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. 413/2005);
(g)the Telecommunications (Exemption from Dominant Licensee Provisions in Telecom Competition Code 2005 — International Capacity Services) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 262/2005);
(h)the Telecommunications (Exemption from Dominant Licensee Provisions in Telecom Competition Code 2005 — STIX Universal Internet Access Service — Burstable Scheme) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 524/2005);

(k)the Exemption for International Telephone Services Notification 2007 (G.N. No. 119/2007);
(l)the Telecommunications (Exemption for Acasia Ethernet Virtual Private Network Service and SingTel Internet Bandwidth Service) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. 178/2009);
(m)the Telecommunications (Exemption for Terrestrial International Private Leased Circuit and Backhaul Services) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. 1757/2009).
