| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Designated Telecommunication Licensees –– Services-based Operator) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 20th July 2007. |
| Designated telecommunication licensees |
| 2. The Authority hereby declares Syniverse Technologies Private Limited to be a designated telecommunication licensee for the purposes of Part VA of the Act. |
