| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore (Exemption of Resellers of Local Calls Operating Coinafons and Payphones) Order. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Any reseller of local calls operating coinafons, coin-operated or card-operated customer premises payphones shall be exempted from licensing under section 26 of the Act in respect of such service if the reseller provides emergency services free of charge and local calls at 10 cents per 3 minutes. |
