| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Timber Industry (Grading of Timber) (Fees) Regulations. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees prescribed in the Schedule shall be charged for the full grading, check-grading, supervision and inspection of timber by officers of the Trade Development Board and shall be paid to the Board by the person or firm at whose written request the timber is full graded, check-graded, supervised or inspected. |
