Trade Marks (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 105A(2) of the Trade Marks Act, the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Trade Marks (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2001.

Composition of offences

2. The offences under sections 51, 72 and 73 of the Act may be compounded by the Registrar, or any person authorised by him, in accordance with section 105A of the Act.
