| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules are the Trade Marks (Border Enforcement Measures Fees) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 21 November 2019. |
| Definition |
| 2. In these Rules, “seized goods” means goods that were seized by an authorised officer under section 82(4) or 93A(1) of the Act. |
| Fees |
| 3. The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the Director‑General in respect of the matters set out opposite in the first column of that Schedule. |
