Third-Party Taxi Booking Service Providers
(Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Third‑Party Taxi Booking Service Providers Act 2015, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Third-Party Taxi Booking Service Providers (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 September 2015.

Compoundable offence

2. An offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 7(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 26(1) of the Act.
