(Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing)
(No. 2) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 2) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 26th May 2011.

Exemption

2.—(1) Ahmad Jalaluddin Bin Sanawi (NRIC No. S1237688Z) and Nor Hayati Binte Ismail (NRIC No. S1226372D) are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the sub-letting of the leasehold interest in the flat known as Apartment Block 145, Woodlands Street 13, #04-893, Singapore 730145, subject to the condition that the proceeds of the sub-letting are deposited in the bank account as designated in the letter of exemption dated 26th May 2011.

(2) Nor Hayati Binte Ismail is further exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —

(a)	any withdrawal from the bank account referred to in sub-paragraph (1); and
(b)	the use of the sum withdrawn therefrom.

(3) The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub-paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the letter of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
