(No. 4) Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption From Prohibition Against Dealing) (No. 4) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) Abdul Rashid Bin Anwarul (NRIC No. S7140755A) and Aliza Binte Abas (NRIC No. S7311235D) are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the sub-letting of the leasehold interest in the flat known as Apartment Block 776, Woodlands Crescent, #14-58, Singapore 730776, subject to the condition that the proceeds from the sub-letting are deposited in the bank account as designated in the notice of exemption issued to Abdul Rashid Bin Anwarul and Aliza Binte Abas dated 15th July 2013.

(2) Aliza Binte Abas is further exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —

(a)	any withdrawal from the bank account designated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1); and
(b)	the use of the sums withdrawn therefrom.

(3) The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub-paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
