The Minister for Information and the Arts has appointed —

(a)

the Director of the Films and Publications Department in the Ministry of Information and the Arts as the Chief Controller; and

(b)

the following officers as controllers:

(i)	the Director, Deputy Director, the Manager (Examination), Manager (Consultation) and Manager (Enforcement) of the Films and Publications Department in the Ministry of Information and the Arts;
(ii)	the Director, Security and Intelligence Division, Ministry of Defence;
(iii)	the Director, Internal Security Department, Ministry of Home Affairs;
(iv)	the Head and Deputy Head of the Anti-Vice Branch of the Criminal Investigation Department, Ministry of Home Affairs;
(v)	the Director-General of Customs and Excise; and
