Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Matrimonial Proceedings (Fees) Rules.
Rules to be read with Women’s Charter (Matrimonial Proceedings) Rules and Women’s Charter (Parenting Plan) Rules
2.  These Rules shall be read in conjunction with the Women’s Charter (Matrimonial Proceedings) Rules and Women’s Charter (Parenting Plan) Rules [R 4].
Fees in matrimonial proceedings
3.  The fees chargeable in respect of matrimonial proceedings under the Women’s Charter shall be as specified in the Schedule.
Fees on appeals in matrimonial proceedings
4.  The fees chargeable in respect of appeals to the Court of Appeal in matrimonial proceedings shall be as specified in items 126 to 130 of Appendix B to the Rules of Court [Cap. 322, R 5].
