Work Injury Compensation
(Composition of Offences)
Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 82 of the Work Injury Compensation Act 2019, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 September 2020.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner or an Assistant Commissioner authorised in writing by the Commissioner in accordance with section 76 of the Act:
(a)an offence under section 25(1) or (4), 30(1), (2A) or (3), 34P(1) or (4), 35(8), 50(4), 61(1), (3) or (5), 62(1) or 68(6) of the Act;

(b)an offence under any regulations made under the Act.
Revocation
3.  The Work Injury Compensation (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Cap. 354, Rg 5) are revoked.
