In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act, the Director-General, Food Administration makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Wholesome Meat and Fish (ST Logistics Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Notification 2020 and is deemed to have come into operation on 7 April 2020.

Exemption

2. Section 5 of the Act does not apply to or in relation to the import of any meat product or fish product by ST Logistics Pte. Ltd. (UEN 200412267E) during the period from 7 April 2020 to 31 July 2020 (both dates inclusive).
