Workplace Safety and Health (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Workplace Safety and Health (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2006.

Compoundable offences

2. Any offence under the Act and the regulations, except sections 21(7) and 53 of the Act, may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 56(1) of the Act.
