| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed Amount of Contribution) Order 1997 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1997. |
| Amount of contribution |
| 2. The amount of contribution to be paid to every member of the Edusave Pupils Fund under section 9(1) of the Act for the year 1997 shall be $160. |
