(Chapter 87A)
Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed Amount of Contribution) Order 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(5) of the Education Endowment Scheme Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed Amount of Contribution) Order 1997 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1997.
Amount of contribution
2.  The amount of contribution to be paid to every member of the Edusave Pupils Fund under section 9(1) of the Act for the year 1997 shall be $160.
Made this 26th day of December 1996.
