Securities and Futures (Investor Compensation Scheme) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181(b) of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Investor Compensation Scheme) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 31st August 2010.
Fidelity fund of Singapore Mercantile Exchange Pte Ltd
2.  For the purposes of section 181(b) of the Act, the fidelity fund of the Singapore Mercantile Exchange Pte Ltd shall consist of an amount of not less than $2 million.
