| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Investor Compensation Scheme) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 31st August 2010. |
| Fidelity fund of Singapore Mercantile Exchange Pte Ltd |
| 2. For the purposes of section 181(b) of the Act, the fidelity fund of the Singapore Mercantile Exchange Pte Ltd shall consist of an amount of not less than $2 million. |
