(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Debt Collection Act 2022, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Debt Collection Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Debt Collection Act 2022 comes into operation on 1 December 2023.
